The patented chain lance system is simply ingenious: the chain lance passes under the material, picks up the hoop and delivers it back to the user. The user just needs to hold the strap and insert it into the strapping device.
The circle is automatically stretched and welded. Manual strapping of pallets is one of the operations that requires the most bending: the user bends twice and walks around the pallet once during this process. So under normal conditions, two strapping operations would mean four bending times and two entanglements. The daily strapping process requires 200 bending and 100 loops. That means bending over a thousand times a week.
